for buffering jogged layers, the system is used to compensate for the different cutting and jogging times.
Boards separate the individual layers and at the same time serve as a conveyor element to transport the layer.
The boards are placed or removed by the operator.

How are the board lifts used?

– as in-line solution
The devices are located between the shaker and cutter.
The layers can be pre-jogged and then fed to the cutter.
Pre-shaken stacks can also be fed in, destacked and fed to the cutting machine.

– as an off-line solution
After shaking, the layers are buffered and stacked using the board lifts.
The stacks are fed to the cutting machine via the board lifts.
This can be done automatically via the rear table or manually via the front table.
