The automatic makeready system controls the setting of the machine from the feeder to the delivery.
Based on the specified plano format, the selected fold type and the paper thickness measured via a paper thickness sensor, the computer control system calculates
the position of the various control elements and takes over their setting.
Intelligent machine control and touchscreen operation make folding easy.
The central touchscreen panel is the interactive operator interface.

Manual interventions are reduced to a minimum.
The operator guidance is designed to be self-explanatory.
At any time you can see which menu is active and which options are still available.
The prestigeFOLD enables integration into an operational network through an interface.
Data transfer to the machine via JDF file or production data acquisition are thus possible.
