BöttcherFount S-3011 is a fountain solution additive for sheet-fed offset and continuous form printing. For medium and hard water.
- standard dosage 2 -3 % for IPA-reduction to 6 – 8 % very stable ink-/water balance
- reduced and stable water pick-up of the ink, therefore higher ink densities obtained
- fast start-up after machine standstill
- for conventional and continuous dampening units very suitable for CTP plates

- for water hardness 4 – 30° dH (total hardness)
- pH-value 4.2 – 4.5 (according to water hardness) reduced calcium deposits on ink rollers

Before applying BöttcherFount S-3011, the fountain system must be completely emptied and cleaned thoroughly, preferably with BöttcherPro Hydroclean.
Use BöttcherPro Calcit as a re-hardener for RO and soft water.

Refund Policy

1. Services Provided by Independent Vendors
All services on this marketplace are performed by independent vendors.
Each vendor is solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and completion of the service they provide.
Refund requests for:

equipment upgrades,
must be submitted directly to the vendor within 7 days from the date the service was delivered.
Vendors may approve or decline a refund based on:

the scope of work performed,

the evidence provided,
-
the terms agreed upon before the service.
2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,
-
the item is defective,
-
the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

completed consulting sessions,
-
on-site service calls already performed,
-
diagnostic visits,
-
custom-made parts,
-
items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must include:

detailed explanation,

photos or documentation (if relevant).
