BöttcherFount S-3007 K Dampening Solution Additive for IPA-free Printing

For sheet-fed and continuous form printing, particularly for alcohol reduction and alcohol-free printing.

  • suitable for all type of sheet-fed presses, also for Japanese machines with copper rollers suitable for soft and hard water

Before applying BöttcherFount S-3007 K, the fountain system must be completely emptied and cleaned thoroughly, preferably with BöttcherPro Slimex. The more the Isopropyl alcohol content is reduced, ink feedback and debris will increase and accumulate in the fount circulation system. Therefore fount solution has to be changed regularly, e. g. every two weeks.

Refund Policy

1. Services Provided by Independent Vendors

Refund requests for:

  • equipment upgrades,
    must be submitted directly to the vendor within 7 days from the date the service was delivered.

Vendors may approve or decline a refund based on:

  • the scope of work performed,

  • the evidence provided,

  • the terms agreed upon before the service.

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods

Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

  • the item was damaged on arrival,

  • the item is defective,

  • the wrong item was delivered.

Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • completed consulting sessions,

  • on-site service calls already performed,

  • diagnostic visits,

  • custom-made parts,

  • items installed or used by the customer.

4. Marketplace Fees

Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.

5. Disputes

If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must include:

  • order number,

  • date of service or delivery,

  • detailed explanation,

  • photos or documentation (if relevant).

Requests can be initiated through the customer’s account dashboard.
