Description
Cleaning paste which removes stubborn calcium contamination on ink rollers. BöttcherPro Calciumfix solves glazing, which results from paper lint residues, as well.

After washing with a Böttcher roller wash, apply BöttcherPro Calciumfix easily from the tube on the roller, with the roller running slowly. The dissolving process will be completed after 3 to 5 minutes, then the roller should be washed with water and/or cleaning agent. For manual use or for use in automatic washing devices. Repeat as necessary.

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,

the item is defective,

the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

completed consulting sessions,

on-site service calls already performed,

diagnostic visits,

custom-made parts,
-
items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must include:
