BöttcherPro Silicone Spray is applied by a spray can in a thin film onto the surfaces. If necessary, wipe with a lint-free cloth after application to smooth the film layer and polish if required.
The can is under pressure and must be protected from direct sun and from temperatures above 50 °C during storage.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for:

Vendors may approve or decline a refund based on:

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,

the item is defective,
-
the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

diagnostic visits,

custom-made parts,

items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.

Refund requests must include:
