BöttcherPro Magnesit is a water rehardener for use in conjunction with reverse osmosis water or with very soft water, to standardize hardness.
- For rehardening of demineralized water from RO-units For very soft water (0-4° dH total hardness)
- dosage 0,5 %
- constant water hardness of 10° dH (total hardness) no alteration of pH-value
- stabilizes the ink water balance reduces emulsification of the ink
- reduces bacteria growth in fountain system
BöttcherPro Magnesit is added to RO-water or the soft water feed lines to the circulation system by the use of automatic dosage pumps. BöttcherPro Magnesit works well with BöttcherFount products.
After adding BöttcherPro Magnesit to the RO-water the concentration can be deter- mined by using a conductivity meter.

Each vendor is solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and completion of the service they provide.
Refund requests for:

must be submitted directly to the vendor within 7 days from the date the service was delivered.
Vendors may approve or decline a refund based on:

the scope of work performed,

the evidence provided,

the terms agreed upon before the service.
2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,

the item is defective,
-
the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

completed consulting sessions,

on-site service calls already performed,

diagnostic visits,
-
custom-made parts,
-
items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must include:
