Shake before use!
BöttcherPro Antiskin Spray is sprayed on the surface of the ink. Only a short spray application is needed, but ensure an even coverage of the inking system.
The can is under pressure and must be protected from direct sun and from temperatures above 50 °C during storage. Do not store below -5 °C.

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,

the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

diagnostic visits,

custom-made parts,
-
items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must include:

photos or documentation (if relevant).
