We recommend setting the washing system to optimise the cleaning cycle and Böttcherin UV-60 S performance. In case of manual cleaning, use Böttcherin UV-60 S undiluted. Apply the wash to the blanket or roller, then finally rinse with water until all ink and cleaning agent residues have been removed.
Follow the automatic washing system manufacturers’ operating instructions. If manual cleaning with a hand rag, wear protective gloves and approved personal eye protection during application, follow the safety instruction of the press manufactures
Böttcherin UV-60 S is approved by the manufacturers Heidelberg, manroland, Koenig-Bauer, Baldwin and Technotrans for use in their machines.

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods
Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

the item was damaged on arrival,

the item is defective,

the wrong item was delivered.
Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:

diagnostic visits,

custom-made parts,
-
items installed or used by the customer.
4. Marketplace Fees
Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Disputes
If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must include:
