Standardowa inspekcja sprzętu ma na celu określenie stanu technicznego prasy drukarskiej arkuszowej. Maszyna jest testowana podczas drukowania w normalnych operacjach drukarni, zatrzymując się na pewien czas, aby sprawdzić stan głównych mechanizmów wymagających jej działania. Na pewno wykonujemy test pocałunku, żeby sprawdzić powierzchnie cylindrów. Nadaje się do większości użytkowników maszyn drukarskich do oceny stanu poszczególnych części i jednostek prasy drukarskiej, oceny wartości przed zakupem itp. Możesz wziąć udział w inspekcji online przez WhatsApp.

Ten pakiet został zaprojektowany tak, aby był jak najbardziej wygodny dla potencjalnych nabywców sprzętu zdalnego. Koszt lotów z Azji Południowo-Wschodniej lub Ameryki Południowej może być porównywalny z kosztem naszych testów.
Klient może połączyć się z operatorem przeprowadzającym test przez WhatsApp i przekazać swoje rekomendacje.
Operator sprawdza stan sprzętu na ponad 150 punktach, wprowadza wszystkie dane do listy kontrolnej, robi zdjęcia i nagrania wideo stanu głównych jednostek odpowiedzialnych za druk. Po zwrotie w ciągu 2-3 dni klient otrzymuje wszystkie dane dotyczące stanu maszyny oraz nasz certyfikat.
W szczególności sprawdzamy, czy maszyna jest kompletna zgodnie ze specyfikacją fabryjską. Na przykład, jeśli urządzenie jest chłodzone wodą, sprawdzamy, czy zostanie wyposażony chłodzenie i pompa wodna. Sprawdzamy funkcjonalność systemów kontroli jakości płyt i odcisków – urządzeń densytometrycznych lub spektrofotometrycznych. Wydawane są licencje na oprogramowanie oraz żywotność lamp suszarkowych. Sprawdzamy wydajność i stan podajnika, mechanizmów doprowadzających, hamulcowych, zwracamy uwagę na sposób serwisowania maszyny oraz jej ogólny stan zewnętrzny.
Ponadto drukujemy test kiss-print, aby sprawdzić powierzchnię cylindra (jeśli maszyna jest podłączona) i ocenić jej stan na podstawie aktualnie drukowanej pracy. Po uzgodnieniu z klientem i drukarnią można również wydrukować skalę CMYK, aby monitorować parametry technologiczne maszyny.
Certyfikat zawiera numer rejestracyjny testu, numer seryjny maszyny drukarskiej oraz datę inspekcji. Miejsce inspekcji, nazwa drukarni nie są uwzględnione w certyfikacie. Dzięki temu klient może wysłać certyfikat stanu maszyny potencjalnemu klientowi bez obaw o ujawnienie jakichkolwiek informacji handlowych.
Podając numer rejestracyjny testu, klient może wyjaśnić tożsamość testu za pomocą naszego formularza kontaktowego. Poufność informacji jest chroniona.
Dla wygody klienta ustalono, CAŁKOWITY koszt testowania drukarni w Unii Europejskiej, Szwajcarii i Wielkiej Brytanii. Obejmuje to koszty inspekcji, lotu/podróży oraz zakwaterowania. Koszt jest podany bez VAT (procedura odwrotnej opłaty). W związku z tym VAT nie jest płatny w żadnym innym kraju niż Polska.
Okres inspekcji jednej maszyny w jednym miejscu wynosi jeden dzień roboczy plus jeden dzień na przyjazd i powrót operatora do domu.
Materiały – tusz, papier, roztwór tłumiący – nie są wymagane do testu przez klienta.
