SIRI Rotor washer BOCHONOW RW 850 – Automatic screen washer

The RW rotor washing system meets all safety requirements and is designed in accordance with ATEX specifications in particular.

Specially arranged flat jet nozzles wash the vertically positioned screen printing forms from both sides in the RW rotor washing system with rotating nozzle bars.
The washing process follows the proven „High Volume Principle” from BOCHONOW ®.
A nozzle diameter of more than three millimeters (!) ensures an optimum cleaning effect and low-maintenance operation.
The cleaning medium is pumped into the circuit from a large tank under the washing chamber using a powerful centrifugal pump.
The pump’s high flow rate allows the use of nozzles with large cross-sections that are insensitive to clogging and have a high cleaning effect.
Sieve cleaner with a flash point of > 55° C and a conductivity of > 10-9 S/m is used as the cleaning medium.
After washing, the sieve is manually transferred to the drying chamber.

The drying chamber is robust, easy to maintain and simple to control.
The controls are easily accessible on the front. The control cabinet is mounted on the system ready for connection.
Washing and draining times can be programmed individually.
Rinsing with clean solvent is also possible with the appropriate accessories
