We build a professional marketplace for the printing industry where companies can find trusted experts, services, and products — quickly, safely, and on clear B2B terms.
Printing production is complex. Downtime is expensive. Poor advice, hidden defects, and unclear responsibilities can cost far more than the service itself. Our mission is to reduce these risks by combining:
We are printing professionals, that is why we don’t want to be a listing directory. We are a structured environment designed to protect both sides of a transaction:
We believe a healthy marketplace is built on balance. Buyers deserve safety and transparency. Sellers deserve predictable payment and respect for their work. Our rules are designed to prevent bad-faith behavior on either side.
Every seller must meet our entry criteria and provide documentation confirming their business activity and the type of services or products they offer. We do this to keep the platform professional and reduce risk for buyers.
We do not allow moving communication or payments outside the platform (phone numbers, email addresses, Telegram/WhatsApp links, external payment requests, etc.).
Why? Because off-platform deals remove protection, remove evidence, and create unfair advantages.
If a transaction starts here, it must stay here.
Ethical work starts with clear expectations. Sellers should describe their services and products honestly: what is included, what is not included, timelines, requirements, and limitations. Buyers should provide accurate information and realistic requirements.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, or “blackmail” (e.g., forcing discounts using reviews) is unacceptable. We expect business communication: clear, calm, and respectful — even during disputes.
If something goes wrong, we expect both sides to work with facts. The platform relies on documented communication and files shared within the order. This protects honest users and discourages manipulation.
Sellers must not claim certifications, experience, “official partner” status, or product features that cannot be verified. Buyers must not misrepresent their identity, company status, or order requirements.
For on-site services, the Buyer must provide safe access and reasonable working conditions. Sellers must follow safety rules and operate responsibly. We do not support work that violates laws, safety requirements, or ethical standards.
Many printing projects involve sensitive files, customer databases, and proprietary production details. We expect:
We evaluate marketplace quality over time. If a seller consistently delivers poor service, misleads buyers, or violates rules, we limit visibility or remove them from the platform. If a buyer repeatedly abuses sellers or the dispute system, we may restrict access as well.
We aim to make technical expertise accessible and safe — without chaos, without hidden traps, and without “who-shouts-loudest” decisions.
If you share these values, you are welcome here — as a Buyer or as a Seller.
