The ideal partner for a creasing machine! The AutoFold Pro is a free-standing, fully automatic stand-alone folding machine for users who already have a creasing / perforating machine in operation. It can be connected inline with many models of creasing / perforating machines. It can process sheets with grammages of up to 400 g/m².

A conveyor belt adjustable in height provides the transition to a creasing / perforating machine. It takes over the arcs and aligns them. Instead of the usual buckle plates, the AutoFold Pro uses an electronically controlled folding knife (“flying knife”). A dynamic sheet switch only comes into contact with the leading edge of the paper. This prevents marks and scratches on the material. The result is a perfect end product with a sharp fold. The finished sheets are deposited in a shingle tray with a large holding capacity. The AutoFold Pro is equipped with a color touch screen for complete control, programming and job memory management of the machine.
