Medium-fine Anti Set-Off Spray Powder for Packaging Printing
BöttcherPro Silux 23 can be used with conventional printing inks and water based varnishes, for subsequent laminating, varnishing and for inline-coating with water based varnishes.
- Particle size 22 – 23 μm
- harmless for health, gluten-free
- coated powder based on vegetable starch, water proof uniform grain size
- excellent flow properties and flowability
- no clogging
- can be used in all spray powder application systems low build-up on blanket
- resistant to humidity
- no scuffing on printed surface
- no negative effects on smooth finish or gloss low consumption
- reduced particulate matter
- trouble-free processing
- for printed carton up to 250 g/m2
Avoid overdosing. Apply minimum quantity necessary to overcome set-off. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Shake stand-up pouch before use to improve flow properties.
