Our Job Is To Reduce Your Risk

Dismantling, Relocation And Installation

Moving a printing machine to a new location is always stressful. There are many different teams on the dismantling market. Some have the best qualifications, others are self-taught. Usually, the buyer never knows exactly who dismantled your machine and how well the packing process was done.

Do you know what “sabre dance” is in printing jargon? It is when an unqualified electrician cuts the wires in the printing press during disassembly and does not mark them. We have prevented dozens of cases of such barbarism. Just look at the photos on the title page.

We offer you the services of our professional team, which has been dismantling printing machines for many years for Heidelberg and Manroland manufacturers. Quality dismantling services are not cheap, but you will be sure that the wires will not be cut or not be marked. That the printing unit will be firmly attached to the pallet, and the machine will not move in the container.

Pressinspection.com sets up very high demands on the quality of disassembly. One incident of unskilled disassembly and we never work with that crew again. Unfortunately, we also have ‘blacklists’ of crews with whom we will never co-operate.

We know Everything About Printing Machines

From Your Challenge To Real Solution

Dismantling of any machine is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. Our team will produce the necessary crates or customised packaging to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during transport.

STEP 1Your Challenge

We assess your task, familiarise ourselves with the haulage route and determine a timeframe for dismantling

STEP 2Our Solution

We calculate the cost of labour and packaging for your machine and loading and give you a quotation

STEP 3Preparation

Once we receive the advance payment, we purchase the necessary materials, wooden pallets and packaging

STEP 4Dismantling

At the appointed time, we start dismantling works, which are completed by the time the containers arrive for loading

After the printing units are disconnected, a plastic bag is placed over each hose that still contains water or oil. This is to avoid oil spillage during transport.

Our inspection continues during the dismantling process. If we discover unforeseen things that the owner should look out for, we make sure to inform them.

Each pallet is prepared for transport and strapped. For VLF machines, original transport frames are used.

For safe transport, the biggest parts, as printing unit or delivery, are secured to the container walls using eyebolts and appropriate straps.

To prevent vibration and damage during transport, the protruding part of the delivery is additionally secured with a special wooden structure.

What Makes Up The Quality Of Work

Serious problems arise from the little things. This is why the entire dismantling process must be regulated.

Although all machines are similar in terms of disassembly, service engineers must be aware of the manufacturer's recommendations. After all, someone will have to reassemble the machine at the new location.

Our team is insured for 1 million euros against damage to equipment, bodily injury and damage to property.
