Set of new Boettcher rollers for one printing unit. The price is indicated in euros excluding VAT and without taking into account the return of old rollers.

It is possible to offset the cost of old rollers. The deposit will be refunded after they are received at our warehouse in Europe.

Description

Our rollers are made in Europe – in Germany or in Czech Republic. We do not supply Chinese rollers, which may differ in terms of mixture quality and durability. All rollers are covered by the original Boettcher warranty.

If your printing machine has a different roller layout, or if you are unsure about the correct rollers to select, please contact us with the serial number and specifications of your printing machine.

Each roller is brand new and includes a new core and bearings. Supplied in branded export packaging.

How to get discount?

Get up to 20% off the price if you can return your old cores. Send them to one of our warehouses after ordering your new rollers. Once we receive them, we will refund part of the cost. Transportation is at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping time

Approximately 2-4 weeks from the date of order placement – for conventional rollers, 3-5 weeks – for UV and hybrid rollers.
We supply the rollers on pallets to the address specified by the buyer worldwide.

Don’t forget about proper chemicals!

To extend the service life of the rollers, we recommend that you use special Boettcher chemicals for their care.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products offered through our marketplace, including consulting, on-site service work, equipment upgrades, and spare parts.

1. Services Provided by Independent Vendors

All services on this marketplace are performed by independent vendors.
Each vendor is solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and completion of the service they provide.

Refund requests for:

  • consulting services,

  • repairs or on-site work,

  • equipment upgrades,
    must be submitted directly to the vendor within 7 days from the date the service was delivered.

Vendors may approve or decline a refund based on:

  • the scope of work performed,

  • the evidence provided,

  • the terms agreed upon before the service.

2. Spare Parts and Physical Goods

Refunds for spare parts or physical goods may be issued only when:

  • the item was damaged on arrival,

  • the item is defective,

  • the wrong item was delivered.

Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the vendor specifies otherwise.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • completed consulting sessions,

  • on-site service calls already performed,

  • diagnostic visits,

  • custom-made parts,

  • items installed or used by the customer.

4. Marketplace Fees

Marketplace service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable, except when a refund is due to a vendor’s failure to deliver the agreed service.

5. Disputes

If the customer and vendor cannot reach an agreement, the marketplace may assist in reviewing the case.
However, the marketplace is not the service provider and cannot guarantee a refund on behalf of the vendor.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must include:

  • order number,

  • date of service or delivery,

  • detailed explanation,

  • photos or documentation (if relevant).

Requests can be initiated through the customer’s account dashboard.
