Many printing professionals don’t have time (or desire) to deal with website editing, product pages, image formatting, and “internet details”. We do it for you.

With Standard Listing Setup, we create a complete WooCommerce-ready product/service card that looks trustworthy, reads clearly, and is structured for buyers.

What’s included (Standard Package)

• Copywriting & structure: clear title, short description, and detailed description in a professional B2B tone

• Photo optimization: basic editing for up to 5 photos (crop/straighten/light cleanup, consistent look)

• WooCommerce formatting: clean layout, bullet points, headings, and key information blocks

• Category & basic attributes (based on your input) to keep the listing easy to browse

• 1 revision round after you approve the draft (small corrections and clarifications)

Suitable for: service offers, spare parts, consumables, standard equipment listings with straightforward specifications.

Estimated time & turnaround

• Hands-on work time (per listing): typically ~2–3 hours

• Delivery time: usually 1–3 business days per listing after we receive complete materials and your text approval

• For packages (5 / 10 listings), turnaround is scheduled in batches — you’ll get an ETA after checkout.

How it works

1. Purchase the package size you need (1 / 5 / 10 listings).

2. Send your materials (photos + key details) — we’ll provide a simple checklist.

3. We prepare a draft listing text and confirm the wording with you.

4. We publish the listing in your store and send you the shareable link.

5. You can share that link with your clients so orders go through PressInspection — payment is secured upfront and released after delivery (per our Terms).

What we need from you

• Product/service name and short notes (specs, scope, condition, delivery/lead time)

• 1–5 photos of you, your product / service you provide (phone photos are fine)

• Any “must-include” phrases or restrictions (e.g., what you do NOT provide)

Important notes

• This service is about listing preparation and presentation (text + images + WooCommerce structure).

• Add-ons (translations, featured placement, etc.) are not included in this Standard package. Select these options as separate services from the same category.
• The cards you order remain your property for as long as Pressinspection exists. You can edit, delete, change images, and advertise them.
• When preparing your listing, we follow standard rules for eCommerce cards. We do not guarantee you an increase in sales, but we do the best to make your card as attractive as possible to your audience. If you have any wishes regarding how your card should look, please describe them.
