Pressinspection is building a specialized B2B marketplace for the printing industry — connecting print shops, equipment dealers, service engineers, and experts across Europe.

We are looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers to develop local markets within the EU.

Your Role

You will act as a key representative of Pressinspection in your region, working directly with print shops, dealers, and service providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing relationships with local printing companies, dealers, and service providers
• Presenting, selling and fulfilling Pressinspection platform services
• Helping clients create and optimize listings (products, services, consulting, booking)
• Identifying market needs and proposing improvements to the platform
• Supporting users in onboarding and daily platform use
• Participating in resolving disputes as an industry expert when required
• Acting as a local ambassador of Pressinspection

What We Expect

• Strong knowledge of the printing industry (processes, consumables, equipment)
• Experience in sales within a print shop, dealership, or related field
• Understanding of key players in your regional market
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, and build trust
• Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Driving license and own vehicle

What You Will Do in Practice

This is not a typical sales role.

You will:

• Enter print shops and explain why they need to be on the platform
• Help them structure their offers professionally
• Support deals from first contact to execution
• Occasionally assist in resolving quality disputes between parties
• Build long-term relationships in your regional market

Employment Terms

• Initial cooperation: service contract (B2B / freelance)
• Performance-based compensation (including commission on sales)
• Possibility of long-term employment after achieving KPIs
